I have spent countless hours reading, listening, and thinking about what's at the foundation of being likeable. A huge part of that is being [[Trust|trustworthy]] and predictable enough to make people feel comfortable. These three words capture the essence of that.
Be genuine. Be true to yourself in the way you talk and act.
Be authentic. The things you do and the things you say should come from your heart, your soul, and who you are as a person.
Be consistent. Don't deviate from your beliefs. Your beliefs can change, but you should never deviate from acting in accordance with them. Other people's beliefs do not override your own, even if you think you're wrong. You can change your beliefs, but always be consistent in acting them out.
By embodying these three traits, you become reliable. And reliability is one of the most sought-after traits in a person. When you are these three things, you have integrity.
Add passionate to the mix and you get charismatic.
Add playful to the mix and you'll all have a blast.
Genuine, authentic, consistent, passionate, and playful. Only the jealous will hate you, and even they'll be [[Blair Warren|persuaded]].
